*1 Its translucency softens divisions, introducing a moment of uncertainty; an in-between state where space is neither fuly enclosed nor completely free. / *2 When retracted, the question remains: does the threshold disappear, leaving only the column behind? Or does it persist as an unseen boundary, marking a passage felt rather than seen? / *3 Shelf detail. / *4 Foot detail. / *5 As the column shifts within the space, anchoring itself between ceiling and floor, the screen moves between presence and absence, never fully opaque yet never entirely open.
